MEET THE TEAM

  • AMY DIRUZZO, DPT, NCPT

Amy DiRuzzo is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher with more than 20 years of experience.

As a former gymnast, volleyball player and runner, she constantly struggled with pain and injuries that eventually led to two hip surgeries in 2011. Amy found Pilates shortly after surgery and knew immediately that it was exactly what her body needed. After the first class, she felt more supported with less pain and greater ease of movement. For the first time, she was able to build stability and strength in her body which allowed her to return to her active Colorado lifestyle.

Pilates was also an integral part of healing after the birth of her two sons. It was the perfect way to restore core stability, strength and function – all necessary to be a strong mom to two energetic boys. She has completed extensive continuing education to become certified as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Amy now uses her education and experience to help others heal after pain, injuries and pregnancy. She specializes in back pain, Diastasis Recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, scoliosis, sciatica, SI joint pain and more. Based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, Amy offers both private Pilates training and full physical therapy treatments.  She is passionate about empowering all clients to embrace healthy, mindful movement!

  • ASHLEY CAMPANELLA, NCPT

With over a decade of experience as a Pilates instructor, Ashley has dedicated her career to helping clients achieve balance, strength, and mobility through mindful movement. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working alongside physical therapists and master instructors, honing her ability to tailor programs that address both rehabilitation and overall fitness goals.

In addition to her extensive Pilates training, Ashley has continued her education in a variety of specialized equipment, including MOTR, the Bodhi Suspension System, CoreAlign, and Oov. These tools and techniques allow her to design innovative, functional exercises that promote alignment, stability, and core strength—key components for optimal health and injury prevention.

A particularly rewarding aspect of her work has been her focus on supporting new mothers. Inspired by her own experiences through cesarean section, a VBAC (with a 10 lb. baby!), and as a mother of two young sons, Ashley has developed a deep passion for guiding new moms through pregnancy and the postpartum recovery process. She understands the physical and emotional challenges that come with motherhood and has tailored her approach to help moms regain strength, confidence, and a renewed sense of well-being. Her empathetic approach and personalized programs focus on restoring core strength, pelvic floor health, and overall mobility, ensuring that each client feels empowered as they navigate their unique motherhood journey.

Ashley's approach to Pilates is built on the belief that movement is a powerful tool for healing, self-care, and transformation. Whether you're recovering from an injury, navigating postpartum life, or simply seeking a more balanced and active lifestyle, she is committed to helping you reach your goals with compassion, expertise, and dedication.
