    Fun, challenging and effective core workouts on a Pilates Reformer, Tower and Chair personalized just for you.  By focusing on your breathe, alignment and control, you'll find a balance of strength and mobility in your body.  Enjoy the motivation that comes from training with a partner? Duos are a fun way to practice Pilates with a friend or loved one while still receiving personal attention and instruction. You'll leave feeling challenged and supported after a customized Pilates workout! 

  • PRE/POSTNATAL PILATES

    The perfect pregnancy workout to keep you safe, strong and feeling your best.  Pilates can help alleviate back pain, build better posture, strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, hips and back, minimize Diastasis Recti, incontinence and prolapse, boost energy levels and mental health and help you prepare for recovery after childbirth.  We'll make modifications for your changing body, addressing all your specific needs wherever you are in your pregnancy journey.
