Please note that Align Pilates & Physical Therapy is out-of-network with all insurances. We choose to be out-of-network to give you high-quality, one-on-one care for the full entirety of your treatment.  This ultimately will mean quicker recovery, with fewer visits, while getting the personalized care and attention you deserve.

We will provide you with an invoice if requested for you to submit for reimbursement. We have partnered with Reimbursify for you to easily submit your claims for out-of-network health insurance reimbursement.

Payment is due in full at the time of service. Cash, checks, credit cards, Venmo and HSA cards are all accepted forms of payment.
