Wondering how to stay safe, healthy and active during your pregnancy?  

Typical group fitness classes can be challenging during pregnancy since many traditional exercises such as planks and sit-ups are not ideal (or effective!) in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.  Private pre-natal Pilates sessions at Align are specifically designed to accommodate the needs of an expectant mother. 

Amy has completed extensive continuing education to become certified as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.  With supported workouts on the Pilates Reformer, Tower and Chair, Amy teaches women how to safely strengthen your core from within and offers the right modifications for your changing body.
